Only 60% of workers qualify to take FMLA, and many of the workers who do qualify - 78% - say that they didn't take the leave they needed because they couldn't afford it. Our families, our businesses, and our economy need a paid leave program that ensures no one has to choose between the treatment they need and keeping a roof over their family’s heads.
