Earned Sick Days Information

Questions and Filing Complaints
If you have a question about the law, please feel free to contact the city directly at paidsickleave@phila.gov. You can also call the Community Legal Services Sick Days Help Line at (267) 281-4230 if your job doesn’t offer sick days or if you have questions. Please keep in mind that any information provided by the Coalition for Healthy Families and Workplaces is correct to the best of our knowledge, but it is not exhaustive and should not be taken as legal advice.
